Nina Ganesh gave me some great advice about how to handle the situation with the director. She said that when I explain why I’m leaving IRI, was to say what I said to Alison.
Nina said she had 3 weddings. Her 1st ceremony was in India on August 16, 1999 with just the immediate family. She did this as it took a year to get her husband’s green card. Then, in August 2000, there was another ceremony in India where the whole family was present. The 3rd wedding was in November outside of Detroit when Joy and I went.
