Grandpa and Grandma Thomas, my Mom, and I went to the Asparagus Festival in Shelby, Michigan. We saw the parade. The Scottville band performed. Then, we went to the art fair and had a delicious asparagus dinner at Shelby high school. The festival was either in Shelby or Hart each year.
We drove towards Silver Lake to the Cherry Point Store and stopped there. We also drove around Silver Lake, then headed home.
