Family has always been very important to me. I was very close to all of my grandparents. I went on cruises with the Thomas grandparents and went to the cabin with the Gonyo grandparents. I would say I was the closest to Grandma Gonyo. I am so thankful I was blessed with wonderful parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
I would like to first introduce myself as Amy Lynette Gonyo. I was born to Robert and Joanne Gonyo around 7:30 a.m., Saturday, August 24th, 1974, in the hallway of my childhood home located at 2251 Lawnel Avenue in Norton Shores, Michigan. My mother told me that she felt like she had use the bathroom, but came to find out that it was her baby girl awaiting the excitement of life. Sometimes, I wonder if I should have just stayed inside the womb. Things were a lot easier.
